接触中心全球论坛[Contact Centre Global Forum]由CNCCA携手全球四大洲30个国家和地区的呼叫中心行业协会共同主办,定于2007年4月25-27日在法国戛纳举行。

CNCCA将正式组团参与本次论坛并通过大会演讲、现场展览等形式与全球接触中心的同行分享中国的经验与机会。作为论坛唯一指定中文媒体,《客户世界》杂志将全程参与对本次论坛进行报道。为加强联络和协作,展示中国呼叫中心行业的整体风貌,我们欢迎相关同仁参与本次活动。

In April 2007 senior decision makers from contact centres around the world will attend the first annual meeting of the Contact Centre Global Forum, joining forces to address the challenges facing an increasingly globalised industry.

The Forum will address the growing need to promote and share best practice and standards on an international basis and to encourage and support professional and commercial cooperation.

The Forum, supported and guided by a global network of national and international  industry associations and organisations from over 30 countries will draw participants from contact/call centre operations of all types; domestic and international, in-house and outsourced, public sector and industry.
