获奖介绍:
河南郑州人,中共党员,高级工程师。现任中国移动通信河南有限公司客户服务中心总经理。1981年参加工作,历任中国移动河南公司郑州分公司市场部主任、郑州分公司客服部兼客服部主任、中国移动河南公司客户服务中心总经理。在此期间,胡广坚致力于将企业呼叫中心从简单搭建服务平台向更深层次与业务相结合方向推进,以求将企业呼叫中心从一个成本中心向利润中心转变。他曾经获得了河南省科技进步三等奖、河南移动管理创新三等奖和河南移动业务服务创新优秀奖等奖项。胡广坚带领的团队也由初期的400多人发展扩大到3000多人,连续多年获得了“全国青年文明号”、“工人先锋号”、“中国移动企业文化示范点”、“全国通信行业用户满意企业”、“巾帼文明岗”、“2007年度中部最具影响力的通信类网站”等国家级及省级荣誉。
Brief introduction of the Winning Units:
Born in Zhengzhou and as a CPC member, Hu Guangjian is now the General Manager of the Customer Service Center Henan Mobile Ltd. China Mobile Communications Group, with the title of Senior Engineer. Mr. Hu got involved in the Mobile Communication Service as early as 1981, and has successively held the position of the General Manager of Marketing Department of China Mobile Co. Zhengzhou Branch, the General Manager of Customer Service Department and the Customer Service Center of Zhengzhou Branch, the General Manager of the Customer Service Center of China Mobile Co. Henan Branch. During this period, Mr. Hu Guangjian throw all his efforts in changing the Call Center from a simply service platform to build a deeper level the direction of the business combination, with a view to the enterprise call center from a cost center to profit-focus center. Mr. Hu has ever been granted the Third Prize of Science and Technology Advancement Award of Henan Province, the Third Prize of management innovation and Excellent Title of service innovation of Henan Mobile and other awards. The staff number, under the leadership of Mr. Hu Guangjian, has developed to from 400 in the initial to current over 3,000. The team continuously won the honors and awards of national and provincial level, namely, “National Youth Civilization”, “Workers Vanguard”, “China Mobile’s corporate culture demonstration sites, ”,“National Communications Industry Customer Satisfaction Enterprise”, a "women’s Civilization Kong", and “2007 Most Influential Communications Website of Central China".
